OUR GUARANTEE

BENEFITS AS A PATIENT

Porcelain, metal-free, acrylic prosthesis. If restorations fracture with normal wear during a period of two (2) full years from the date of initial placement, we will replace or repair them at no charge.

All gold or metal prostheses. If our gold or metal restorations fracture with normal wear for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial placement, we will replace or repair them at no additional charge.

Resins. If our resin fractures under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of initial placement, we will replace or repair it at no additional charge. If your body rejects the procedure during the two (2) year period it will be repaired or redone at no additional charge.

Endodontic Treatment. If the endodontic treatment is unsuccessful during a period of two (2) years from the date of the initial procedure, the amount paid for the treatment will be used as a deposit for the new treatment and/or for the correction of the treatment.

TO KEEP THIS GUARANTEE VALID.

• All evaluations and procedures must be performed by our medical staff at Coral Dental Center.
• Allow sufficient time for treatment to be corrected and/or replaced.
• Maintain your billing status correctly within Coral Dental Center.
• Any repairs and replacements will be performed by Coral Dental Center, otherwise the warranty will be void.
• Treatment must be repaired and/or replaced. No cash refund applies.
• The patient must come in for a check-up at least once a year, as well as a dental cleaning for maintenance at Coral Dental Center.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND COVERAGE

This warranty does not cover damage to teeth or dentures caused by accident, trauma, neglect or misuse (such as grinding, clenching, chewing ice and/or inedible items. All procedures not listed here are not under warranty).
